At HairTomic®, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used supplements

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Orders returned without prior authorization

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number

Photos of the product and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. HairTomic® is not responsible for lost return packages.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary.

HairTomic® does not guarantee specific results, and lack of desired results does not qualify for a refund.
