This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

HairTomic® currently ships to:

Additional international shipping options may be added in the future.

If we do not ship to your location yet, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Selected shipping method

Order size and weight

Any applicable taxes or duties will also be displayed before finalizing your order.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

HairTomic® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

HairTomic® is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
